1700 Acres of a Master Planned Mixed-Use Project
Roger’s Ranch has been actively in the planning and development stage for more than 25 years. Brown & Ortiz, P.C. have been working with the developer for 15 years on the Rogers Ranch project. In that time, our firm obtained approval of numerous rezoning cases for various properties within the project, and obtained numerous rights determinations (vested rights) acknowledgements from the city of San Antonio, in order to continue the project as originally planned and have worked in an effort to maintain the subject project’s Category 1 status with the San Antonio Water system. Finally, we worked with numerous purchases of property within the Rogers Ranch community from platting to Certificate of Occupancy in order to develop said property for particular uses.
